Unfortunately, patient’s teeth shift over time without good retainer wear. This is why we always recommend wearing retainers nightly for life. Typically the teeth will not shift to the level of misalignment that existed prior to orthodontic treatment, but even mild shifting can cause bite issues or poor smile esthetics.
 

At our complimentary consult, we will evaluate the amount of shifting and recommend a treatment plan to correct any relapse. Sometimes we are even able to achieve a more ideal result than the patient had prior to shifting. Often our consults are with patients that did not originally have treatment at our office, but some of our own patients require retreatment.
 

For patients that had comprehensive treatment at our office, we offer the “Get Back Your Smile” retreatment program. Through this program, patients are eligible to to solve minor relapse issue at a discounted price.
